Responsible for the day-to-day trafficking and management of campaigns for Havas Media Boston’s largest client, Fidelity Investments. Daily interaction with internal teams such as Media Planning and Analytics, and external clients and partners to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of all advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and trafficking campaigns in our ad servers: Google Campaign Manager and Innovid
QA creative files to ensure that work meets site partner specs and ad server requirements
Troubleshoot tag issues with site and/or ad tech partners
Review new media plans and updates with the Media team before trafficking
Work with the Analytics team to ensure plans and set up will allow them to collect data accurately, efficiently, and effectively, as needed by the client
Work with the Analytics team to setup and manage Fidelity's floodlights and pixels
Generate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of tags
Create Double Verify tags to monitor brand safety and ensure that partners are applying when needed
Apply Evidon, Adelaide, DISQO, or other pixels as needed
Actively participate in media planning discussions regarding trafficking and tagging strategies
Assist in training and onboarding new teammates
​Prepare weekly status updates and monitor request, timelines, and deadlines
